This is a great condition brass framed flintlock pocket pistol dating to approximately 1790, and marked clearly on the lock plates with Nicholson. and LONDON. E. D. Nicholson of the Cornhill area of London is a known gunsmith, and worked there from 1760 until 1808, definitely a long career in those days! The weapon measures 6" in overall length with a screw off 1 1 2" smooth bored brass cannon barrel. The bottom of
