Navy Binoculars, as used during World War One. These are much less advanced than the types used during WWII, and are very similar to the types used around the world. They are marked on the eyepiece support, though unfortunately the markings are miniscule, and cannot all be read. On the left side they definitely do say U. S. NAVY POWER 3, but the rest of the markings are
